OH THE JOYS OF SELLING YOUR HOME (insert sarcasm here). If you have been through the process before, my hunch is that you, too, are probably guilty of hiding a dirty sock or two under a pillow or throwing a video on in the car for the kids while you meticulously polish the floors one last time. Selling is certainly not as "fun" as the shopping process, but I genuinely believe that the systems that we have in place will help alleviate that stress and make the whole process a lot easier.

I have found that a lot of people just don't even know where to begin when they start to consider the possibility of selling their home. Some people are at the early stages when they contact me while others are ready to pull the trigger (no pun intended, as we know how much fun selling is). I have tried to break down the information on this page to hopefully cater to you wherever you are at in your journey and am here to help in any way that I can.

I get that you may not be ready to sell but might be curious as to what your neighbor sold for down the street. I actually think that it is extremely wise to keep your finger on the pulse of the market as our home is quite often our biggest asset and so we should have a good sense as to what it's worth, don't you think?

Depending on where you are at, below are a few options, one of which might fit where you are at in your real estate journey:

1. Are you just looking for some recent sales in the area or information on a new listing that went up near you?

2. Are you interested in keeping your finger on the pulse of the market so that you’ll be better informed if you choose to move forward in selling? We can set you up so that you receive comparable listings when they come onto the market or sell. This can be managed daily, weekly or monthly.

3. Are you interested in a full evaluation of your home? This is where I come and pay you a visit and then put together a ‘Comparative Market Evaluation’ which will provide you with a more accurate idea as to the value of your home. Please note, there are no costs or obligations with this service.

Professional Write Up - I promise there will be no spelling mistakes in the write up of your home (insert palm to forehead) and you will have a professional brochure left at your home for buyers to take with them outlining the fabulous features of your home.

Professional Measurements - I promise I will not use the measurements from your previous listing to save myself a couple hundred dollars but potentially costing you thousands.

Staging Consultation - I promise I will bring in a professional to help you prepare your home for showings which I guarantee will result in my money in your back pocket.

Social Media Exposure - I promise I will “tweet, pin, post, and share” your beautiful listing with the world. I can also forward you the link to be able to do the same because who doesn't want to show off their home with their friends and family?

Showing/Feedback Service - I promise that I will have the systems in place so you can receive showing requests immediately; this will allow you more time to find a much better spot for those dirty socks on the floor. We also try a minimum of two times to get you feedback after a showing.

Market Reviews - I promise I will not put up a “For Sale” sign and walk away. You will hear from me regularly with market reviews and updates. Together, we will come up with a plan as to how you would like to be kept up-to-date as to what is going on around you.
