Thinking of buying?

I really don't think there is anything that gives me more joy in this industry than meeting my clients on the day of possession and handing over their keys. We all know that buying and selling a home can be daunting and stressful, but it doesn't have to be. Since starting my career in real estate back in 2007, I have fine-tuned a systematic approach that allows the process to go more smoothly, resulting in a lot more fun and a lot less stress. I do not require you to sign your life away before we look at houses. I would much rather earn your loyalty and trust. I will, however, expect you to commit to the following before we are able to move forward together:

I promise NOT to laugh or judge some of the shocking things we inevitably see in people's homes.

I promise NOT to judge my realtor for drinking an excessive amount of coffee on any given day.

I promise NOT to ridicule my realtor for raising her voice at her GPS when it takes us down the wrong street (most likely due to her putting in the wrong address).

I promise NOT to acknowledge the state of my realtor's car if I request a last minute showing.

I promise NOT to ask to see homes that are $200,000 above my approval price point (because as we all know this neeeeever happens in this industry!)

As you can see, I like to have fun. Likewise, if you ask any of my past clients, we will laugh a lot. That being said, I do know when it's time to be serious and promise that you will be well represented.

There are many things to think about and steps that should be taken before purchasing a home and I would be more than happy to chat with you about any questions/concerns you have with regards to moving forward. It's important to stress that there will be no pressure, obligations or expectations should you reach out to me. One feature that my clients find especially useful when starting their hunt for a new home is to get set up on a search. This is simple and extremely beneficial in narrowing the options down for you. Once I get your "Wish List", I will submit everything into my system. Then, anytime a new home comes onto the market that matches (or has a price adjustment), you will immediately be emailed the details of that home at which time you can make notes, save as a favorite, a possibility or completely reject it.
